Vegas Baby!

We went this past weekend to Vegas to watch my little sister in a Tahitian dance competition. She did so well! She's such a great, talented dancer!
Another little dance we have in our family is Miss Kaia. Just as we were leaving dinner at one of the hotels she heard music from a nearby hotel bar/dance club, and here are the results...

This went on for about 15-20 mins. She LOVES to dance! People were stopping to watch her, and I told Chris we should have put a hat out for tips:) After we finally got Kaia to stop dancing and leave, some peeps stopped us to ask if they could take a picture with her. Crazy Kaia - she's show stoppin!

This pic is on our way to vegas...she was such a sweet heart! Though she didn't sleep at all on the way there...she slept all the way home :-) Chris really got a kick out of taking this pic. Yup that's my baby...in a casino...This pic was taken at the Atrium at the Bellagio. In this pic she was blowing kisses to complete strangers (as always) and the passing crowed was eating it up. She makes friends everywhere we go! She really loved watching the Bellagio fountains! She was 'wow'ing and 'ohhhh'in the whole time. Along with fighting Chris to get in the water...
Overall we had a great time! Thanks for the excuse to go on a road trip Kels!!

Family Pics!

We had our family pictures taken the other week by a friend of ours. She's a great photographer and we love how the pics came out. Kaia was surprisingly happy...in the beginning, but as a 13 month old attention span goes - it's not the greatest. Towards the end she got a little tired and fussy, but Maria did a great job of keeping her entertained while she was taking pictures. Here are a few pics that we liked, we'll put a few more up when we get the rest!!
